This Indenture made 2 April 1785 between John Orr of County of Louden and State of Virginia and Susanna his Wife of one part and John Lawson of the County of Prince William of other part; witnessed that in consideration of 98 pounds 5 shillings current money of Virginia to said John Orr and Susanna his wife in hand paid by John Lawson by these presents do bargain, sell, release and confirm unto John Lawson and his heirs a certain tract of land lying in County of Prince William containing 131 acres… In Witness whereof John Orr and Susanna his Wife have hereunto set their hand and seals the day and year first above written.
